It’s been 6 whole years since I wrote my first blog post on ‘Addicted to Lace.’ Back then, I was using a WordPress-powered website and sharing posts with the singular purpose of putting my love for fashion into words. It just hit me the other day that I’ve come a long way since. Who would have thought I’d end up owning my own domain name and sharing pictures of myself wearing what I love? It has been an incredible journey so far and I’m extremely grateful to you all. Whether you encourage me through your comments and likes or silently support my work with your views and follows, I couldn’t have made it this far without each and everyone of you!

To mark this occasion, I wanted to share a fun, glam look that I’ve been wanting to try since a while. I hope you all like the way I wore the playsuit!

Short playsuits, also known as rompers, come in a variety of styles and can make you look both sophisticated and chic. The one I chose to style for this particular look is quite similar to the silhouette worn in the ’70s. The bell sleeves add a hint of the ’60s too. I paired this floral number with my stiletto-heeled ankle boots.

I wanted to create a bit of an edgy feel with the accessories, which is why I chose to wear a single ear cuff. Along with that, I donned bracelets and a statement ring that matched the jewel tones of the playsuit.

We wanted the makeup to complement the floral print of the velvet romper. You might notice that shades of pink and orange are prominently visible on my face. As always, the eyebrows are dark and well-defined. Oh, and not to forget, the matte black nails perfectly blended in with the rest of the styling.
