Being someone who absolutely worships the androgynous trend, it’s hard for me to stick to girly dresses and flouncy skirts all the time. To be honest, I doubt I could survive without my snug tees and trusty jeans. But it’s always a good idea to switch things up a bit and add a twist to a regular look.
Keeping this in mind, I thought of trying out a dressy take on the same-old casuals.
A grey tee paired with a black faux leather skort might sound quite simple and laid-back, but throw on a pair of chic sandals and your entire outfit goes up a notch. I kept the accessories simple though – a subtle watch along with delicate silver earrings.
This dark blue and black Warli print sling seemed like the ideal option for a regular day-look. With the rest of the outfit being so plain, the hint of a print makes the look so much more refreshing!
I discovered this bag at an all new brand, called Psy – by Anisha Chanda, which boasts of cute slings in fun prints.
While the clothes are all business, the shoes definitely scream party. These dark blue ruffled sandals are that single element that pop and add a touch of femininity to the overall look. Plus, the blue in the bag complements the hue in the sandals, hence achieving the perfect balance.
